Coaching Services

Evening and Saturday appointments are available. Clients in the Chicago area can meet with Jill at either her downtown or North Shore offices. Jill also conducts coaching sessions over the phone or via e-mail to clients across the country and internationally.

Individual Coaching

Coaching is tailored to each client's needs and goals. Coaching sessions are billed in 15-minute increments, with a 30-minute minimum.

Typically:

• Three or four sessions each month. Each session is one hour in length and may be conducted via phone or in-person for Chicago area clients
• Email support is available Monday through Friday. Response time is guaranteed within 24 hours.
• Phone support is available Monday through Friday for any pressing issues or crisis.
• A toolkit of resume samples, exercises, personal commercial templates, practice interviews, salary negotiation techniques and more.

Also available:

• Admission of diagnostic tests including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Firo B and Leadership assessment as well as interpretation sessions. (Priced separately)

Group Coaching

WHAT: A Four Week Class to cover job search techniques
WHEN: Once a week for four weeks; call for schedule.

What we will cover:

• Self assessment
• Resumes and cover letters
• Networking: personal commercial (elevator speech), networking brief (handbill), business cards & LinkedIn
• Interviewing: 90 second personal commercial, behavioral/situational interviewing, how to handle difficult questions
• Salary negotiation

COST: The $500.00 fee will cover the 4 classes, one hour free coaching session with Jill and a 25% discount on Jill's regular hourly fee for the 6 months after the class is finished.
