COACHING STEPS
Each coaching arrangement is different as each client has a different starting place, different goals and different self perceptions and is a unique human being. Some clients come to coaching for a brief period to solve a particular dilemma and some to have a more fulfilling life.What coaches do best is listen and question. We coaches don’t tell you what to do (oh sometimes, maybe I have been known to say stop doing that if it hurts or be kinder to yourself or try meditation as it really works) because we know you are the experts of your own life. What we do is help you see things in a different light and in doing this your own intuitive nature helps spark you.
